"MELBOURNE" by ALBINI of Italy is a 100% wool yarn spun using the cotton-spinning method from long-staple wool fibers intended for combed yarn.
The wool used is SUPER 140 (16.5 μ) with a shrink-resistant finish.
Unlike combed wool, this fabric is spun using a carded process, resulting in a soft texture with minimal fuzz and a dry, crisp feel and appearance. However, the texture is not overly stiff, and the yarn fully preserves the quality of the raw material, making it a versatile fabric suitable for year-round wear.
This level of quality can only be achieved in Italy.
A simple pullover with a roomy fit.
The cuffs are left unribbed for a casual look.
This is an item that will definitely come in handy until winter really sets in.
