Return period
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. Please check the product carefully before ordering. In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the product is in stock, we will send a replacement. If the product is not in stock, we will refund the payment.
Refunds cannot be accepted at convenience stores. Please be aware of this beforehand.

In case of initial defects or incorrect shipment, we will bear the costs. In other cases, the customer will bear the costs. In the event of a long absence or deliberate refusal to receive the goods after dispatch, the customer will be charged for the return postage. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. If the goods are deemed to be malicious, legal action may be taken and the customer may be charged for any costs incurred.
