The fabric is “Polwarth Tuxedo Cloth,” which makes generous use of rare Polwarth wool that the designer discovered during a visit to Uruguay.
The Polowarth breed is a cross between the fine, soft Merino breed and the Lincoln breed, which has long, lustrous fibers.
"Tuxedo Cloth," crafted from this yarn, is an original fabric that combines a lustrous sheen with high durability and excellent drape.
