A signature mock neck sweater.
This season, the fit is modern, with about one size more room in the body.
The elbow patches, which are traditionally made of leather, are made of the same fabric this season with a varied knitted pattern.
The original yarn is a blend of French merino and raw silk, whose neps create a unique texture, and is tightly knitted to produce a fabric of the highest quality. The many different thread colors and diverse thread shapes combine to create complex, nuanced colors.
The unique melange feel of jazz nep is combined with silk dyed using a processing method called top dye melange and wool with excellent bulkiness.
The wool used is rare French Merino wool bred in the Arles region of southern France.
It has better bulk than conventional merino wool, and is lighter and more insulating.
The knitting uses a one-side rib reverse stitch, giving it a voluminous texture and plating, creating a knit with depth.
