This piece is based on the design of the cold weather parka from the ECWCS layering system adopted by the US military.
The warp threads are made from the world's highest quality silk from BRATAC in Brazil, and the weft threads are made from organic cotton from Turkey, creating a lightweight, high-density typewriter fabric.
In order to avoid compromising the luster of the silk, the cotton used is made from compact yarn that has been further gas-singed.
It has an attractive, lustrous look that seems to glow from below.
The one-wash processing gives it a wrinkled look, creating an atmospheric look.
The front has a double zipper and the sleeves have Velcro.
The spindle at the hem allows you to adjust the silhouette to your liking.
There are pockets with snap buttons on both sides of the front waist.
The details remain the same, but the shoulders and body are now looser, with rounded lines.
When worn, the silhouette is relaxed and rounded, with room around the shoulders, body, and sleeves.
