This is a silver bead necklace known as Navajo pearls, made by the Navajo tribe.
Usually, Navajo pearls are finished with oxidation, but these are polished and crafted.
The beads themselves are machine-made, but Navajo artisan Reva Goodluck polishes and handcrafts them into necklaces.
