The brand name "O8 O/EIGHTH" is derived from the Go term "Bōme Hachime," which means a third party can judge the pros and cons of a matter better than those involved,
and we build products that fit various users using the know-how cultivated over more than a hundred years of history.

O/EIGHTH is a hat laboratory that researches and considers what hats fit well based on over 100 years of hat-making know-how.
By classifying face shapes and deriving the shapes and forms of parts from those features,
we build products that fit various personalities.

□ PRODUCT DETAIL
A face type with a short height from the eye line to the crown.
Because the head height is short, hats often do not fit in depth, so the panel height and volume are adjusted, and the brim is designed short and stiff.
A 6-panel cap with crown height and volume adjusted to fit the face type and a brim designed short and stiff. The crown has 2mm edge stitching and the brim has 3mm eight-row stitching.
Uses grunge wash cotton dyed and washed over a long time while being kneaded in a small old-fashioned dyeing machine. It produces a unique coloration and texture.
The inside sweatband part is made of cotton rib, featuring a soft fit. Inside the sweatband is hemp cotton, providing hemp’s water absorption and antibacterial effects.

Before ordering

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.

Limit on number of purchases

The number of purchases may be limited for some products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.

About the indicated prices

Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
